Crafts Online Gallery as a Retailer member.

| License. (Any of these two are acceptable.) A Business Sales and Use Tax Permit, IS NOT acceptable. The copy of your license will provide you with the privilege to enter to the wholesale section and purchase at wholesale prices, from our wholesale artists. |

| Two (2) names and phone numbers of a current wholesale artist supplier. | |

| You must have an email address available for all AHC correspondence and | |
| communication. All correspondence and information will be sent via email. |
* Images: These images are optional. Send them ONLY IF you wish to participate in
the FREE "Meet our Retailers" section. Every month, AHC will choose a retailer from
our "Meet our Retailers" list. The retailer selected will be exposed in our buyer's
page. This ad will include a general profile of your business, and your opinion on
different crafts-related topics.
Your image(s) will remain in our "retailer's file." Your images, or your business
information WILL NEVER be transferred to third parties or sold to any company.
