My wholesale crafts arrived damaged, what should I do next?
Answer- Contact the artists directly and explained what happened. Follow their
warranty/refund policies and terms. Each artist is responsible for honoring their
warranty.
Keep American Handmade Crafts informed if you do not reach an agreement with the
artist. Although American Handmade Crafts is not responsible for replacing damaged
items, we still want to know if our artists are providing the excellent customer service
that they should provide to the retailers and customers.
