The Wholesale section is totally private, and ONLY for the Wholesale Artists and the
registered Retailers (Store Owners).

Selling at Wholesale...

This section is for artists selling at wholesale prices only

All Retailers (Store Owners) must register prior to shop from the wholesale section.
AHC requires that retailers submit some business documentation before approval, or
to have access to the wholesale section.

All wholesale artists will have an ID/PW to access the wholesale section

All artists must fulfill all orders, and maintain communication with the customer at all
times during and after the production time and until the order is completed

AHC will transfer the order to the artist once received, at NO extra charge, it's
included in the membership

The shipping costs for each product (item), must be included in the item total price

The Art Lovers, General Public, Retailers, and any other customer or visitor who
enters to the AHC website, will be able to shop/purchase from the artists galleries
that sell at retail prices

Our Shopping Cart System includes two (2) Type of Processors to process the
orders:

1. Processing a payment by using PayPal and all major credit cards

2. Place the order without a payment transaction, by giving the customer the opportunity to
pay directly to the artists

The artists must include in the item total price, a service fee for the PayPal payment
transaction fee (2.9% + 0.30 USD) per transaction just in case the customer prefer
to pay using PayPal

The artists must also include in the item total price, any other extra charge such as
taxes, packaging supplies, production, materials, etc

AHC will encourage the retailer to NOT pay the orders by using PayPal, but sometimes
in may happen. If this is the case, this way the wholesale artist will have all
product/item/production costs covered

If the artists receive the only the order, the artist must contact the customer
directly to process the payment according with the artists payment options/terms

All artists must specify their business payment options/terms in their Artist Profile

After you ship the order, don't forget to keep contact with the retailer for future
orders, and to create a positive supplier - buyer business relationship

All Artist may submit some of these requirements via email or fax.
