| Selling at Wholesale Prices... |
 | The Wholesale section is for artists selling at Wholesale prices and registered | |
| Retailers ONLY. |
| This section is TOTALLY PRIVATE and all Retailers have to send to AHC some | |
| required business documentation prior to be approved and have access to the wholesale section as a Retailer member and to purchase from our wholesale artists. |
| Once and artist becomes a members as a Wholesale Artist, the artist will have | |
| an ID/Password to access this private section. |
| AHC will transfer you the order once received, at NO extra charge fee, its | |
| included with your membership. |
| Our Shopping Cart System includes two(2) Payment Methods to process the | |
| orders: |
1. Processing a payment by using PayPal and all major credit cards. This method
WILL charge the customer at the conclusion of checkout.
2. Place the order without processing a payment transaction, and pay directly to the
artist.
| PayPal requires a service fee of 2.9% + $0.30 for all transactions. | |
| This fee is not for AHC, and it will be deducted automatically by PayPal. This charge will be deducted from the item total price ONLY if the customer use PayPal as the payment option when placing an order. |
| If the customer use the second payment option of placing the order without a | |
| payment transaction, there won't be a service fee for the transaction. The artist must contact the customer for payment arrangements, once the order is transferred to the artist. |
| We suggest to all artists, to specify in your Artist Profile "Payment Terms" | |
| that you prefer to receive the order and process the payment yourself. (This way, you don't have extra charges per transaction for each order processed) |
| All artists will receive regular information on "How the Shopping Cart works for | |
| the artists" once enrolled. |
| AHC will encourage the Retailer to NOT pay the orders by using our | |
| PayPal payment option, but sometimes it may happen. If this is the case, all expenses will be covered. |
| Once the artist receive an order from a Retailer, the artist is responsible to | |
| contact the customer and fulfill the order. |
| Our commitment with our Artists is very serious. Any other Wholesale | |
| Information and "How the Shopping cart works for the artists" will be given during the enrollment process. |
