Artist - General Responsibilities RETAIL

Artist, no matter your artist or selling category, you must comply with your
responsibility as an artist supplier and maintain a professional customer service with
your customers!
  • You must confirm the order with the customer, by phone, email or fax.

  • If the customer placed only the order, not using our shopping cart, you must
    collect all payments directly from the customer, including any other shipping
    charges required. AHC will not be involved in any way.

  • Produce and complete the order according with products description.

  • Ship out the order.

  • The artists must take care of the product warranty.

  • Be in contact with the customer at all times.

  • Pay all invoices according with Artist Agreement when enrolling with AHC.
  • The artist is solely responsible for their own warranty and refund/replacement
    policy.

  • You must specify all warranty terms in your invoices.

  • All artists must be responsible of all orders once received. AHC, WILL NOT be in
    between the artist and the customer. Once the artist receive the order from
    AHC, each artist must attend and satisfy the customers needs according with
    our artist/business terms.

  • Any questions related to the order, artist must call the customers directly and
    the customers must do the same, call the artist for questions related to the
    order.

  • All artists must maintain contact with AHC to have their gallery in a
    professional standing...With updated images, items information, artist contact
    information, etc.

  • Any new image/product and updated information, should be submitted ASAP
    to AHC. If you sell one-of-a-kind items, and do not want to repeat the item
    once the item is sold, you must submit the "Delete an Item" form or send us an
    email. Once AHC receive it, the item will be deleted from your gallery.

  • All artists regardless the artist or selling category, will be responsible for all
    payments to the AHC web-service in a reasonable time frame.
Other Responsibilities
How it Works...

Each Artist Gallery displays the artists product
images, the artists profile, prices, contact
information, buying, shipping, payment terms,
and any other particular information that the
artists want the buyers to know about their
business. All customers and Retailers, can
search easily our artists galleries using our
advanced search engines. Once the customer
or Retailer is interested in an artist's product,
they may contact the artist directly, or place
an order using our shopping cart. All artist
products, have a "sole page" where includes a
larger image of the item, the price, item name
and number, product description, and
additional item information from the artist.

All orders and information requests are
immediately forwarded to the artists, at no
costs to the artist. Each artist is individually
following up the order directly with each
AHC is committed to maintain the
membership and advertisement costs
at the lowest prices possible for the
artists!
