Selling at Retail Prices...

This section is for artists selling at retail prices only

AHC will transfer the order to the artist once receive, at NO extra charge fee, it's
included in the membership

All artists must fulfill all orders, and maintain communication with the customer at all
times during and after the production time and until the order is completed

The shipping costs for each product (item), must be included in the item total price

The Art Lovers, General Public, Retailers, and any other customer or visitor who
enters to the AHC website, will be able to shop/purchase from the artists galleries
that sell at retail prices

Our Shopping Cart System includes two (2) Type of Processors to process the
orders:

1. Processing a payment by using PayPal and all major credit cards

2. Place the order without a payment transaction, by giving the customer the opportunity to
pay directly to the artists

The retail artists must include in the item total price, a service fee for the PayPal
payment transaction fee (2.9% + 0.30 USD) per transaction just in case the
customer prefer to pay using PayPal

The retail artists must also include in the item total price, any other extra charge such
as taxes, packaging supplies, production, materials, etc

If the customer instead prefer to use the 2nd type of processor, their will not be a
payment transaction. The artist must contact the customer directly to process the
payment according with the artists payment options/terms

All artists must specify their business payment options/terms in their Artist Profile

All Artist may submit some of these requirements via email or fax.
