Please fill the Application. AHC will contact you once we receive your
application and your documents. If any additional information or
documentation is required to complete your enrollment, we will let you
know. Sometimes with your application is sufficient.
If you are in the process of opening an art/craft business
as a Retailer...
Some additional information from you and your business will be
required. AHC will contact you to complete your enrollment .

If your are a retailer that is currently purchasing and doing
business with artists selling at wholesale prices, but don't
have a brick and mortar storefront business
...

Some additional information from you and your business will be
required.

A copy of your Resale Business License, a Business Wholesale Privilege
License, or the Business Sales Tax Permit (Any of these three are acceptable.)  
The copy of your license will provide you with the privilege to enter to the
wholesale section and purchase from our wholesale artists.

A photo of your store. * (Optional)

Two (2) names and phone numbers of a current wholesale artist supplier.
(Store, artist suppliers that you currently purchase at wholesale prices.)

Your business physical address and phone number.

Email address available for all AHC correspondence and communication.
    All correspondence and information will be sent via email.

* Images: The images are optional.
Your image(s) will remain in your "retailer's file."  

Your images, or your business information WILL NEVER be transferred to third parties or sold to any company. Please read our Privacy Notice.
