Artist, no matter your artist or selling category, you must comply with your responsibility as a supplier and maintain a professional customer service with your customers!

- Confirm the order with the customer, by phone, email or fax
- Collect all payments directly from the customer, including the shipping
charges (Wholesale Artists Only)
- Produce and complete the order
- The artists must take care of the product warranty
- Be in contact with the customer at all times
General Responsibilities...
- The artist is solely responsible for their own warranty and
refund/replacement policy
- You must specify all warranty details, charges, discounts, etc; in your
invoices
- Obviously, AHC only accepts quality artists with quality crafts to sell
- All artists regarding the artist and selling category will be responsible
for all payments to the AHC web-service in a reasonable time frame
- All artists must be responsible of all orders once received. AHC, WILL
NOT be in between the artist and the customer. Once the artists receive
the order from AHC, each artist must attend and satisfy the customers
needs according with your artist terms, orders details and specifications
- Any questions related to the order, artists must call the costumer
directly and the customer must call the artist for any question related to
the order
- All Artist must be in contact with AHC to have their gallery (pages) in a
professional standing...With updated images, item information and
artists contact information
- Any new and update information should be submitted ASAP to AHC. If
you sell one-of-a-kind items, once the item is sold, the artist must
notify AHC immediately.
